1.5 hour session on my personal journey with astrophotography and where I am today. There will be an opportunity to find out what equipment I use, view and purchase some of my photographs. There will also be time for questions and answers.

Astrophotography for Beginners

4 hour short course (theory and practice). The first part of the course is in the classroom to learn the theory. The second part is outdoor where you can practise what you learnt. There will be an opportunity to learn about what is out there in the night sky. Resources and a guide to the night sky provided to get you started.

Minimum 4 people.

Cost: £80

Image Processing- Advanced Level

The most difficult and time consuming process of astrophotography is processing the images to get the best quality.

The short 6 hour course will enable you to:

- bring the image to the Photoshop

- adjust your image

- stack multiple images to improve quality and reduce noise

- creat your final image.

This course is suitable for individuals who do know the basics of Photoshop and have access to it.

Minimum 4 people.

Lectures for Schools

If you would like to enahnce your curriculum and inspire young people I am happy to visit your school and tailor the talk to the needs of your students.

Private Lessons

If you have specific interests or questions I can support you too. You can book a private lesson. Depedning on the level of your interests I can deliver a lesson at your home or in my garden with access to equipment.

Cost: £30 per hour

Telescope Hire

It is difficult to know what equipment to buy, particulalry if you are a beginner.

Currently I hire a basic telescope for those who want to give it a go.

Instructions provided on collection.

Cost: £5 per week

In event of bad weather and no possibility to observe you will be refunded.
